Crunchy wheat crackers with the bold savoury flavour of biltong. A great addition to parties, picnics and braais.
Ingredients
Wheat flour (gluten), unhydrogenated vegetable oil (palm fruit, palm kernel, sunflower seed), whey powder (milk), salt, sugar, wheat gluten, malt extract (barley (gluten)), raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), flavouring, autolysed yeast, msg (flavour enhancer), emulsifier [sunflower lecithin, rice flour, anti-caking agent (e341)], proteolytic enzyme, flour improver (sodium metabisulphite).
