This deliciously creamy chilled Indian butter chicken is cooked with whole pieces of chicken in a smooth, mildly spiced tomato and cream sauce. Simply heat and serve with rice or naan bread.

Butter makhani sauce (water, tomato, cream, onion paste, sunflower oil, garlic paste, butter [pasteurized milk cream], cashew paste [melon seeds], spice mix [sugar, fenugreek leaf, black pepper, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, red chili, ginger, clove, nutmeg, mace, maltodextrin, milk solids, soyabean oil], stabilizer [modified starch, xanthan gum], salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder), tikka chicken cubes (defrosted chicken, spice mix [fennel, black cardamom, yeast extract, natural grill flavor], yoghurt [milk powder, probiotic culture], canola oil), fresh coriander leaves.
