This aromatic sauce is a complex mixture of spices from Chiu Chow in China blended with garlic and chillies. A perfectly-balanced traditional sauce, it will complement most chinese dishes and excite your senses.
Ingredients
Soybean oil, garlic, dried chilli peppers 5%, salted chilli peppers 5%, soy sauce (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), salt, sesame oil, sugar, capsicum oleoresin, flavour enhancers (e631, e627).
