Lemon curd 60% (pure lemon juice 28%, sugar, whole eggs*, salted butter, egg yolks*, water, wheat flour), meringue 25% (egg whites*, icing sugar), shorbread biscuit 15% (wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg yolks, salt). *Free range eggs.
