Not to be confused with the curds and whey of the nursery rhyme, orange curd is a smooth, creamy and refreshing change from the classic lemon curd. Eat it by the spoonful or spread it on toast every day. The signature jar with its mop cap suggests the curd comes straight from the farm.
Ingredients
Sugar, whole eggs (pasteurised), orange juice (from concentrate) (22%), butter, modified maize starch, lemon juice (from concentrate Gelling agent: fruit pectin, lemon oil, Acidity regulator: citric acid. Emulsifier: E475, orange oil.
