Like the rest of the Ritz range these crunchy potato and wheat snacks have been oven-baked for a lighter taste and lower fat content than fried snacks, but they're also thinner, lighter and crispier than regular Ritz crackers, with an extra creamy real cheddar flavour.
Ingredients
Potatoes, canola oil, cornstarch, unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate vitamin b1, riboflavin vitamin b2, folic acid), sugar, whey (from milk), oat fiber, leavening (calcium phosphate, baking soda), soy lecithin, salt, buttermilk, nonfat milk, cheddar cheese powder (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), yeast extract, butter (cream, salt), onion powder, parmesan cheese powder (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), lactic acid, gouda cheese powder (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), natural flavor, annatto extract (for color).
