These lip-smacking crackers give you the same distinctive buttery flavour and flaky texture of regular Ritz, but with just a touch of the salt that helped define the original formula. They're great on their own but you can also put them to use as tasty little delivery systems for your favourite sweet or savoury toppings.
Ingredients
Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate {vitamin b1}, riboflavin {vitamin b2}, folic acid), soybean oil, sugar, partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil, high fructose corn syrup, leavening (calcium phosphate and/or potassium carbonate and/or potassium bicarbonate), salt, soy lecithin, malted barley flour.
