Preheat your oven to 200°C. On a baking tray, lay out the parsnips and drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil, then sprinkle the za'atar, salt and pepper.

Toss the parsnips to ensure they are well seasoned and coated and then place the tray in the over for 30-40 minutes, until the tips are golden, tossing halfway through to make sure the parsnips cook evenly.

Remove the tray from the oven, add the marshmallows and crushed hazelnuts and place back in the oven for just 5-7 minutes until the marshmallows are softened and slightly blushed. Serve immediately.
