Method

Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6. Grease a 1kg loaf tin.

Place both cans of beans in a food processor with the egg, breadcrumbs and parsley and blitz until coarse. Spread into the prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the sauce in a small saucepan for 1-2 minutes. Slice the loaf and serve with the sauce and green beans.
