Method

On a large serving plate scatter the fresh spinach (or shred any leaves you want to use) add the chopped chilli and the sliced avocado.

In a small cup, make the dressing by adding the soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice.

Heat the Olive oil in a small frying pan and gently fry the garlic clove and the prawns until cooked through.

Add all to the salad and drizzle over the dressing. Serve with sprinkled lime zest.
