Mix the tomatoes, coriander, garlic, chilli and lime zest in a bowl; season. Mix the avocado and lime juice in another bowl; spoon onto the poppadoms. Cook prawns according to pack instructions and top each with a prawn and then the tomato mixture. Scatter with extra coriander leaves; serve at once with lime wedges for squeezing.
